Skagit County Native
I was born and raised in Skagit County where I have lived for the majority of my life. My husband and I have been married for 46 years and have two married sons, 3 granddaughters and a grandson. The Skagit Valley offers a quality of life, diverse occupational and recreational opportunities, community activities, and unsurpassed natural beauty. It is a pleasure for me to help my clients find just the right property to call "home".
Experience
I began my career in real estate in 1990. I have been involved in the Skagit County Association of Realtors consistently, including serving on, and chairing the Education Committee. From 1993 through 1997 I served on the Board of Directors for the Association. In 1993, I acquired my Graduate Realtors Institute designation.
Community Involvement
I have been a member of the Mount Vernon Soroptimist for 21 years. In April, 2003 I received the Woman of Distinquish Award from the Mount Vernon Soroptimist, which is based on outstanding achievements in professional business & voluntary activities during a period of at least 10 years. I also currently serve on the Sedro Woolley High School Advisory Committee for the Business Department, and on the United General Hospital Foundation board and have served two years as president, and am a commissioner for Clear Lake Cemetery. In 1992 I was awarded the Realtor Community Service Award and in 1996, the Distinguished Service Award. It has always been important to me to give back to the community that has been good to me throughout the years.
Goals
I work primarily in residential and vacant land sales and will be happy to help you with all your real estate needs. With a win-win philosophy, my goal is to provide experience, expertise, and dedicated service, resulting in a smooth transaction and satisfied clients.
